Intelligent lithium battery management system with 200A rated
charge and discharge capability, CAN and RS485 communication,
inverter protocol matching, pre-charge control, parallel communication
and comprehensive battery protection.
16S Battery Configuration | 200A Rated Current | 48V Typical System Voltage |
CAN Inverter Communication | RS485 Parallel and PC Monitoring | Pre-Charge Capacitive Load Protection |
The SEPLOS 16S200A Smart BMS is designed for 48V lithium battery
energy storage systems. It supports the collection and management
of up to sixteen battery cells and provides a rated charge and
discharge current of 200A.
The BMS monitors individual cell voltage, total battery voltage,
charging and discharging current, battery temperature, ambient
temperature and MOS temperature. It calculates SOC, SOH and
accumulated discharge capacity according to battery operating data.
CAN and RS485 communication support inverter integration,
multi-pack communication and PC monitoring. Configurable protection
parameters, pre-charge control, historical data storage and optional
accessories provide flexible integration for residential and
commercial energy storage projects.
Provides 200A rated charging and discharging capability, with
adjustable overcurrent alarms, protection thresholds and delay
settings for high-capacity 48V battery systems.
Supports CAN and RS485 communication protocols for compatible
energy storage inverters. The required protocol can be selected
through the PC monitoring software or an optional LCD display.
The BMS supports automatic address assignment during multi-pack
communication, reducing manual address configuration when compatible
battery packs are connected through the internal RS485 network.
The integrated pre-charge function helps prevent short-circuit
protection from being triggered when the battery is connected
to an inverter or other capacitive load.
Includes individual and total voltage protection, charge and
discharge overcurrent protection, secondary overcurrent protection,
temperature protection, short-circuit protection and configurable
recovery functions.
Monitors four battery temperature points, one internal ambient
temperature point and one power MOS temperature point for more
comprehensive thermal protection.
Records battery voltage, current, temperature and operating-state
changes with time information. The storage capacity is not less than
500 historical records and data can be accessed through the monitoring interface.
Supports standby and charging balancing with a balancing current
of at least 50mA. The starting voltage, starting voltage difference,
ending voltage difference and balancing duration can be configured.
The specification includes communication protocol options for the
following inverter platforms. Compatibility should be confirmed
according to the exact inverter model and firmware before ordering.
