- The information you provide is accurate and authorized; and
- Your use of the Website complies with applicable law.
If you are using the Website as an individual consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.
The Website is not intended for children. You must not use the Website if you are under the age at which you can legally enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern:
- Access to and use of the Website;
- Submission and handling of Website inquiries;
- Use of product descriptions, photographs, specifications, technical articles, videos, certificates, reports, and other Website content;
- Communications initiated through the Website; and
- Other online interactions with Deligreen.
Unless expressly incorporated into a signed sales contract or other transaction document, these Terms do not independently govern the sale, shipment, installation, operation, repair, replacement, or warranty of any product.
Any actual product transaction may be subject to separate documents, including:
- A written sales contract;
- A quotation;
- A pro forma invoice;
- An order confirmation;
- Technical specifications;
- Approved drawings;
- A warranty statement;
- Inspection or acceptance criteria;
- Shipping instructions;
- Incoterms;
- A confidentiality agreement; or
- Other written terms agreed by the parties.
If there is a conflict concerning a product transaction, the following order of priority will generally apply unless the applicable transaction document expressly provides otherwise:
- A sales contract signed by both parties;
- A written amendment signed by both parties;
- An order confirmation or pro forma invoice issued or expressly accepted by Deligreen;
- Approved technical specifications, drawings, and acceptance criteria;
- Deligreen’s written quotation; and
- These Terms.
A customer purchase order or other customer document will not modify or override Deligreen’s terms merely because Deligreen receives it, processes an inquiry, accepts payment, or begins performance, unless an authorized Deligreen representative expressly agrees to the modification in writing.
4. Website Access and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, Deligreen grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes.
You may:
- Review product and company information;
- Submit legitimate product or project inquiries;
- Request quotations;
- Download materials made available for downloading;
- Contact Deligreen regarding potential business cooperation; and
- Share Website links for legitimate, non-misleading business purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of any Website content or intellectual property.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any part of the Website at any time where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, protection of our rights, or prevention of misuse.
5. Inquiries, Quotations, and Formation of Contracts
5.1 Website Content Is Not a Binding Offer
Product listings, displayed prices, estimated prices, “from” prices, availability statements, lead-time statements, promotional statements, and other Website content are provided for general information only.
Unless Deligreen expressly states otherwise in a written transaction document, Website content does not constitute:
- A legally binding offer;
- A guaranteed price;
- A guarantee of availability;
- A guaranteed delivery date;
- A product warranty;
- An acceptance of an order;
- A technical recommendation for a specific application; or
- A commitment to sell any particular product.
5.2 An Inquiry Is Not an Order
Submitting an inquiry, adding a product to an inquiry list, requesting a quotation, sending a message, or communicating through WhatsApp, email, telephone, or another channel does not create a sales contract.
Automated acknowledgments and ordinary communications confirming receipt of an inquiry do not constitute acceptance of an order.
5.3 Quotations
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are:
- Non-binding until expressly accepted by Deligreen;
- Subject to product availability;
- Subject to final technical review;
- Subject to customer and destination compliance checks;
- Subject to confirmation of quantities, specifications, packaging, shipping terms, payment terms, and destination;
- Subject to correction of typographical, clerical, calculation, or communication errors; and
- Valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
Deligreen may withdraw or revise a quotation before a binding contract is formed.
5.4 Formation of a Product Sales Contract
A binding product sales contract is formed only when an authorized Deligreen representative issues or signs a written order confirmation, pro forma invoice, sales contract, or other document that expressly confirms acceptance of the transaction, and any stated conditions for effectiveness have been satisfied.
Payment alone does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where the transaction remains subject to technical review, compliance approval, credit verification, product availability, export approval, or other written conditions.
Where Deligreen cannot accept an order, any payment received for the unaccepted order will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment arrangement and mandatory law.
5.5 Authorized Representatives
Statements by employees, agents, distributors, representatives, or other persons do not bind Deligreen unless the person has actual authority and the statement is confirmed in an authorized written transaction document.
Customers should request written confirmation of any material representation concerning price, specifications, performance, compatibility, certification, delivery, warranty, or liability.
6. Prices, Taxes, Payment, and Shipping
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written quotation or transaction document:
- Displayed prices are indicative only;
- Prices may exclude taxes, duties, bank fees, inspection fees, insurance, packaging, freight, customs charges, installation, commissioning, and local compliance costs;
- Prices may change due to raw-material costs, currency fluctuations, logistics costs, regulatory requirements, customer-requested changes, or availability;
- Delivery dates and lead times are estimates rather than guarantees;
- Shipping terms will be determined by the applicable transaction document;
- Risk of loss and title will transfer in accordance with the agreed transaction document and applicable Incoterms, where used; and
- The buyer is responsible for import clearance, import permits, local taxes, duties, registrations, and destination-country compliance unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Deligreen is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, ports, regulatory inspections, government action, force majeure events, inaccurate customer information, or other circumstances outside Deligreen’s reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
7. Product Information, Specifications, and Certifications
7.1 General Product Information
Product descriptions, photographs, videos, drawings, dimensions, weights, colors, capacities, voltages, cycle-life figures, efficiency figures, test results, performance ranges, application examples, and other Website information are general reference materials.
Actual products may differ because of:
- Product updates;
- Manufacturing tolerances;
- Component availability;
- Supplier changes;
- Customer customization;
- Packaging changes;
- Measurement methods;
- Testing conditions;
- Software or firmware versions;
- Environmental conditions; or
- Market-specific requirements.
Only the specifications expressly stated in the applicable signed sales contract, approved specification sheet, approved drawing, or order confirmation form part of a product transaction.
7.2 Performance Statements
Battery capacity, energy, cycle life, charging time, discharge performance, temperature range, service life, and other performance results depend on operating conditions, including:
- Depth of discharge;
- Charge and discharge rate;
- Temperature;
- Storage conditions;
- Balancing;
- BMS configuration;
- Charger and inverter compatibility;
- Installation quality;
- Maintenance;
- Cell matching;
- System design; and
- Usage patterns.
Website figures are not guaranteed for every application or operating environment.
7.3 Certifications and Test Reports
Certifications, marks, test reports, safety data sheets, transport documents, declarations, and compliance materials may apply only to:
- A specific manufacturer;
- A specific model;
- A specific configuration;
- A specific production batch;
- A specific destination market;
- A specific standard version; or
- A specific test sample.
The appearance of a certification name, logo, report, or mark on the Website does not mean that every Deligreen product is covered by that certification.
Before ordering or using a product, the customer must obtain written confirmation that the required documents apply to the exact product model, configuration, application, shipment, and destination market.
7.4 Third-Party Products and Brands
Certain products, cells, components, trademarks, compatibility references, or brand names displayed on the Website may belong to third parties.
All third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party brand does not by itself imply that:
- Deligreen owns that brand;
- Deligreen is the brand owner’s exclusive distributor;
- The brand owner sponsors or endorses Deligreen;
- A formal partnership exists;
- Every product is manufactured directly by that brand owner; or
- Compatibility is guaranteed for every configuration.
Any claimed authorization, distribution status, partnership, origin, or compatibility must be confirmed in an express written document applicable to the particular transaction.
7.5 Errors and Corrections
We attempt to provide useful and accurate information but do not guarantee that Website content is complete, current, or error-free.
Deligreen may correct errors, remove content, revise specifications, update products, or cancel affected quotations before contract formation.
If an obvious pricing, specification, description, or calculation error appears in a transaction document, the parties will cooperate in good faith to correct it. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Product Selection, Installation, and Battery Safety
8.1 Customer Responsibility for Suitability
Unless Deligreen expressly agrees in a signed engineering or product-development contract to assume a defined design responsibility, the customer is responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the customer’s intended application, system, environment, equipment, load, voltage, current, communication protocol, safety requirements, and local law.
Any recommendation provided before Deligreen receives complete and accurate application information is preliminary only.
The customer must provide accurate information concerning:
- Intended use;
- Required voltage and capacity;
- Peak and continuous current;
- Charge and discharge requirements;
- Charger and inverter models;
- Communication protocol;
- Installation location;
- Ambient temperature;
- Humidity, vibration, water, dust, and corrosion exposure;
- Required certifications;
- Transportation route;
- Destination market;
- Safety classification; and
- Any life-safety, medical, aviation, marine, automotive, grid-connected, industrial, or other specialized use.
8.2 Qualified Installation
Battery cells, battery packs, BMS devices, chargers, DIY battery boxes, and energy storage systems may involve high current, electrical shock, arc flash, fire, chemical, thermal, and transportation risks.
Installation, assembly, integration, testing, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repair must be performed by appropriately trained and qualified personnel in accordance with:
- The applicable product manual;
- Approved drawings;
- Safety warnings;
- Applicable electrical codes;
- Fire codes;
- Building codes;
- Transportation rules;
- Environmental requirements; and
- Other mandatory local standards.
8.3 Prohibited or Unsafe Conduct
Unless expressly authorized in applicable written instructions, users must not:
- Short-circuit a battery or cell;
- Reverse polarity;
- Crush, puncture, burn, immerse, or improperly disassemble a battery;
- Use an incompatible charger, inverter, BMS, fuse, cable, connector, or component;
- Exceed stated voltage, current, temperature, or mechanical limits;
- Mix incompatible cells, chemistries, capacities, ages, batches, or states of charge;
- Bypass protective devices;
- Modify firmware or safety settings without authorization;
- Install products in an unsuitable enclosure or environment;
- Use damaged, swollen, leaking, overheated, or abnormal products;
- Transport lithium batteries contrary to applicable dangerous-goods requirements;
- Resell or use products in an unlawful or undisclosed prohibited application; or
- Ignore product manuals, safety warnings, or abnormal operating conditions.
8.4 High-Risk Applications
Unless expressly approved by Deligreen in a written agreement specifically identifying the application, Website information must not be relied upon as authorization to use products in applications where failure could reasonably result in death, serious personal injury, major environmental harm, or catastrophic property damage.
High-risk applications may include certain:
- Medical life-support systems;
- Aviation or aerospace systems;
- Nuclear systems;
- Weapons systems;
- Emergency safety systems;
- Critical public infrastructure;
- Autonomous vehicles;
- Grid-protection systems; or
- Other safety-critical applications.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. OEM, ODM, and Customized Products
OEM, ODM, private-label, custom battery, custom BMS, enclosure, firmware, communication, branding, packaging, and other development services require a separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Samples and prototypes are provided for evaluation and validation;
- Sample approval does not guarantee identical mass-production results beyond agreed tolerances;
- The customer is responsible for testing the final product in its intended application;
- Changes requested after approval may affect price, lead time, certification, performance, tooling, and warranty;
- Customer-caused delays may revise the production schedule;
- Tooling, development work, software, drawings, test methods, and background intellectual property remain owned as stated in the applicable written agreement; and
- No exclusivity is granted unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
The customer represents and warrants that it has all necessary rights to provide and authorize the use of any:
- Trademark;
- Logo;
- Brand name;
- Product design;
- Drawing;
- software;
- Firmware;
- Specification;
- Label;
- Packaging;
- Manual;
- Photograph;
- Patent;
- Copyrighted material; or
- Other customer-supplied content.
The customer must not request Deligreen to manufacture, label, package, advertise, or supply products in a manner that infringes third-party rights, misrepresents product origin, violates certification rules, creates counterfeit goods, or breaches applicable law.
10. User-Submitted Information and Materials
When you submit information, files, specifications, drawings, photographs, product links, feedback, or other materials through the Website or related communications, you represent and warrant that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- You have authority to provide it;
- Providing it does not violate confidentiality obligations;
- It does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- It does not contain malicious code;
- It is not fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, or misleading; and
- Deligreen may use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or evaluate the proposed business relationship.
You grant Deligreen a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, translate, internally distribute, and analyze submitted materials for:
- Responding to your inquiry;
- Preparing a recommendation or quotation;
- Conducting technical evaluation;
- Evaluating manufacturability;
- Assessing compliance;
- Providing requested services; and
- Managing the potential or actual business relationship.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials.
Do not submit highly confidential trade secrets or restricted information before an appropriate confidentiality agreement is signed.
11. Prohibited Website Uses
You must not:
- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
- Submit false identities or misleading company information;
- Impersonate another person or organization;
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Website, servers, accounts, systems, or data;
- Bypass security or access controls;
- Introduce viruses, malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code;
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract Website data at unreasonable scale;

12. Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its original content, including text, page design, graphics, photographs, videos, product presentations, logos, icons, documents, databases, software, and compilation, are owned by or licensed to Deligreen and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No right, title, or interest is transferred to you except the limited Website-use permission expressly granted by these Terms.
Without prior written permission, you must not:
- Reproduce substantial Website content;
- Republish Website content on another website;
- Use Website images or documents in commercial advertising;
- Modify or create derivative works from Website materials;
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Website materials;

- Use Deligreen intellectual property in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.
You may print or save reasonable portions of publicly available content for internal business evaluation, provided all proprietary notices remain intact.
13. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or general feedback that is not subject to a written confidentiality agreement, Deligreen may use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
This section does not grant Deligreen ownership of confidential customer specifications, protected technical documents, or intellectual property expressly identified and protected under a separate written agreement.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, messaging services, social-media platforms, video services, logistics providers, payment providers, distributors, suppliers, or other external resources.
Deligreen does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their:
- Content;
- Availability;
- Security;
- Privacy practices;
- Products;
- Services;
- Representations; or
- Transactions.
A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or partnership.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.
15. Website Availability and Security
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Website will always be available;
- Access will be uninterrupted;
- The Website will be free from errors;
- Defects will always be corrected;
- Information will always be current;
- Messages will always be received;
- Files will always be free from harmful components; or
- The Website will be compatible with every device or browser.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate cybersecurity, backups, access controls, and protective software.
You must not rely solely on the Website for urgent safety, delivery, technical-support, recall, warranty, or emergency communications. Urgent matters should be confirmed directly through an authorized Deligreen contact.
16. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
DELIGREEN DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT WEBSITE CONTENT IS SUITABLE AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR A SIGNED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION, PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING REVIEW, SAFETY ASSESSMENT, PRODUCT MANUAL, CERTIFICATION REVIEW, OR WRITTEN TRANSACTION DOCUMENT.
No oral or written information obtained through the Website creates a warranty unless expressly included in an authorized written agreement.
Product warranties, where applicable, are governed exclusively by the written warranty terms and transaction documents applicable to the specific product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DELIGREEN AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, AND WEBSITE SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELIGREEN’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING SOLELY TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- USD 100; OR
- THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO DELIGREEN SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
This Website liability limit does not determine liability under a separate signed product sales or service contract. Liability concerning an actual product transaction will be governed by the applicable transaction documents and mandatory law.
The exclusions and limits in these Terms do not apply to the extent liability results from:
- Fraud;
- Intentional misconduct;
- Gross negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded;
- Death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded;
- Deligreen’s breach of a non-waivable legal obligation; or
- Any other liability that applicable law prohibits Deligreen from excluding or limiting.
Each limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

- Your use, resale, integration, modification, installation, or marketing of products contrary to agreed instructions or applicable law;
- Your failure to obtain required import, installation, operation, resale, or market approvals; or
- Your prohibited or undisclosed end use.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Deligreen’s own breach, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
Deligreen will provide reasonable notice of an indemnified claim and will not agree to a settlement imposing a non-monetary obligation or admission on you without reasonable consultation.
19. Trade Compliance, Sanctions, and End Use
You must comply with all applicable:

- In violation of applicable export or sanctions laws;
- For a prohibited end user;
- In a prohibited territory;
- For an undisclosed prohibited end use;
- For the development or production of prohibited weapons;

- In any manner requiring a license or authorization that has not been obtained.
Deligreen may request information concerning:
- Customer identity;
- Beneficial ownership;
- End user;
- End use;
- Destination;
- Resale channel;
- Financing;
- Shipping route; and
- Required licenses or approvals.
Deligreen may refuse, suspend, or cancel an inquiry or transaction where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, regulatory review, safety, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, export-control review, or protection of legitimate business interests.
Any cancellation or refund resulting from compliance restrictions will be handled in accordance with the applicable transaction document and mandatory law.
20. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By submitting information through the Website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms but does not reduce any privacy rights provided by applicable law.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website where we reasonably believe that:
- You breached these Terms;
- Your use creates a security risk;
- Your use may violate applicable law;
- You submitted fraudulent or misleading information;
- Your use infringes third-party rights;
- Your conduct threatens Deligreen, another person, or the Website;
- A government or regulatory authority requires restriction; or
- Suspension is reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misconduct.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and accrued rights.
22. Changes to the Website and These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:
- The Website;
- Our products or services;
- Our business operations;
- Security practices;
- Legal requirements; or
- Regulatory requirements.
The revised Terms will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
A revision to these Website Terms will not retroactively amend an existing signed product sales contract unless the parties expressly agree in writing.
Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
23.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Website Terms.
A separate product sales contract may specify a different governing law or expressly address the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
23.2 Good-Faith Negotiation
Before beginning arbitration, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written negotiation.
A party initiating the dispute must provide written notice describing:
- The relevant facts;
- The legal or contractual basis of the dispute;
- The requested remedy; and
- Supporting documents reasonably available to that party.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after receipt of the written notice, either party may begin arbitration.
23.3 Arbitration
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination of these Terms, will be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) for arbitration in accordance with the CIETAC Arbitration Rules in effect when the arbitration is commenced.
The place and legal seat of arbitration will be Changsha, Hunan, China.
The arbitration will be conducted by one arbitrator, unless CIETAC determines otherwise under its applicable rules.
The language of arbitration will be English, provided that Chinese-language evidence may be submitted with an English translation where required by the tribunal.
The arbitral award will be final and binding on the parties.
Judgment upon the award may be entered or enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
23.4 Interim and Protective Relief
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from requesting urgent interim, conservatory, injunctive, or protective relief from CIETAC, an emergency arbitrator, the arbitral tribunal, or a court of competent jurisdiction, particularly concerning:
- Intellectual property infringement;
- Confidentiality breaches;
- Cybersecurity incidents;
- Unauthorized system access;
- Evidence preservation; or
- Asset preservation.
Requesting such relief does not waive the obligation to arbitrate.
23.5 Mandatory Rights
This dispute-resolution provision does not deprive an individual consumer of a mandatory right to bring a claim in another forum where such right cannot legally be waived.
24. Force Majeure
Deligreen is not liable for failure or delay in operating the Website caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters;

Deligreen may assign these Terms in connection with:
- A merger;
- Corporate restructuring;
- Sale of business or assets;
- Transfer to an affiliate; or
- Similar transaction,
provided that the assignment does not unlawfully reduce your mandatory rights.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or modified to reflect its lawful purpose as closely as possible.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
28. No Waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive that provision or any other right.
A waiver is effective only if made expressly in writing by an authorized representative.
29. No Partnership or Agency
Use of the Website does not create a:
- Partnership;
- Joint venture;
- Franchise;

31. Language
These Terms are prepared in English.
Any translation is provided for convenience unless expressly stated otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version will prevail in the event of an inconsistency. Where mandatory law requires another language version to control, that mandatory law will apply.
